Booking Policy: We require full payment to secure your appointment. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please email the clinic at [email protected] at least 2 working days prior to your appointment so that we can offer it to people on our waitlist. The fee is fully refundable (minus the online payment surcharge, if applicable) until 2 working days prior to your appointment. If you do not let us know within the required time frame, this will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. No refund will be given if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice.
