Soratinex Skin Care Gel helps with dry, thickened and flaky skin of the body and scalp. It is designed to loosen scale build up, and gently cleanse the skin. This synergistic formula has been carefully blended to promote cleansing and healing of lesions associated with psoriasis.

Soratinex Skin Care Gel has been specifically designed for those who are sensitive to coal tar.

SUITABLE FOR
Psoriasis, scalp psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, dry, flaky or scaly skin and scalp, fissured lesions.

Note: For sensitive skin or Guttate psoriasis please use SORATINEX MOISTURISING BAR.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Scalp: Wet hair thoroughly, shake bottle well and apply a small amount of Skin Care Gel to the scalp and massage well. Leave for 3-4 minutes and rinse out with warm water. Lightly pat dry. For best results, follow with Dr Michaels Shampoo and Conditioner.

Body: Wet affected areas with warm water. Apply the Skin Care Gel and lather up. Leave on body for 2-3 minutes. Wash off with plenty of warm water (not hot). Lightly pat dry.

FOR BEST RESULTS, COMBINE WITH SORATINEX EMOLLIENT OR SORATINEX SKIN CARE OIL AND WITH SORATINEX ORAL SUPPLEMENT.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Alpha Hydroxyl Acids - Citric Acid and Glycolic Acid (Fruit acid complex)
Alpha hydroxy acids may reduce the adhesion of dead skin cells and promote the shedding of excessive keratinised epithelial cells. This allows for efficient exfoliation and skin cleansing and facilitates the penetration of topical treatments into the skin to enhance their action. They also encourage normal healthy growth and function of the epidermis and assist in restoring skin barrier function.

Salicylic acid
Salicylic acid has keratolytic activity which means that it aids in the removal of excessive skin cell build up. It also helps with itch, inflammation, pain, has antimicrobial properties, and is antiseborrhoeic.
